About MangalTalks
Built by a practising IC designer.
MangalTalks was founded by Mangleshwar Srivastava — a Senior Analog & Mixed-Signal IC Designer and R&D professional based in the Netherlands, with 15 years of hands-on experience in semiconductor engineering, IC design, PCB design, front-end design of MEMS sensors and research.
The story
Built by a practising IC designer
Over the years, Mangleshwar has worked across industry and research environments in Europe, including projects involving analog and mixed-signal circuits, MEMS sensor interfaces, ADCs, low-power analog design, signal conditioning and high-speed electronics.
He has been involved in 15+ silicon tapeouts, working with different technologies, design flows and EDA tools. His experience spans the journey from understanding the physics and circuit fundamentals to schematic design, simulation, verification, layout considerations and real silicon.
But one thing became increasingly clear: knowing circuit theory is not the same as knowing how to design an IC. Many students learn equations, architectures and individual circuits — but struggle when they have to decide what to design, why a particular architecture is chosen, how real-world non-idealities affect the circuit, how to simulate it properly, and how engineers actually approach a design problem.
MangalTalks was created to bridge that gap. The teaching philosophy is simple: learn the fundamentals, understand the physics, build the circuit, simulate it, question the results and think like an engineer. No generic shortcuts. No textbook-only learning. Just practical IC design knowledge shaped by years of designing, debugging, simulating and learning from real engineering problems.
"MangalTalks is not about teaching you how to pass an exam. It is about helping you develop the thinking required to become an IC designer."

What we stand for
Principles we work by
Practical over theoretical
Every course and session is built around real-world skills — what engineers actually use on the job, not just what is in the syllabus.
Analog & mixed-signal first
Our focus is where the real complexity lives: analog circuits, mixed-signal interfaces, MEMS sensors, ADCs and low-power design — not generic digital or RTL content.
One-to-one, not batch training
No two engineers have the same background or goals. Every session is tailored to you — your circuit, your challenge, your career path.
Think like an engineer
We teach you to question results, understand non-idealities, and make design decisions — the thinking that separates a practising IC designer from someone who has only studied circuits.
